Pizzuti caught defrauding the bankruptcy court!

Email shows Rich Pizzuti trying to jettison all past business and leave millions of dollars owed to creditors in the hands of the Trustee while trying to retain all assets and future business (already used to garner the trust and funds of scammed investors and lenders) in Workflow Control Partners, LLC - a company conveniently left out of the bankruptcy proceedings:

------- how are you. It is the long lost Rich Pizzuti. I have been working on the original Workflow that you designed with a local guy who has used his own money to do it. They replaced the battery and are close to fixing the circuitry. I need to know if you want to get reinvolved at no expense to you because you built the original and everyone agrees you know it best. I have done this without John's help as he just wants to try to reep benefits. My motivation is and always has been to make sure investors and anyone else invovled makes money. You have the tooling and we need molding for the new battery. These guys that are working on it have money and will fund it to the finish. They are honorable people as they have not even asked me for anything yet and have spent at least 20k of their own money to get it where it is. I told them I would like to have you bid this out and use your factory if we can come to agreement. NO MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET! Please email me one way or another as for some reason the phone number I had for you does not work. Please let me know in a hurry as this is ready to go. If interested I will put you in touch with my guys and go from there. Please consider as for some reason I believe these guys with your help can pull this off. They have other people and factories lined up but your familiar with this and hve tooling etc. so economies are a scale. Hope all is going well and God Bless Rich.

This is a 3D concept of the 'helmet cooler unit' that Rich Pizzuti is trying to have manufactured in China that has been used since at least 2005 to try and lure unsuspecting investors to loan and invest money with Wellington Pierce Holdings (that Rich Pizzuti owns 95% of), which owns 45% of Workflow Control Partners, LLC and AND RICH PIZZUTI'S 9 YEAR OLD SON OWNS 5% OF! While crying broke in Federal Court, Rich Pizzuti makes claims of 'investors' and 'have money' and 'ready to go'! The only known communication from Pizzuti to an investor or lender of any kind. There is no return address (only a PO BOX) or phone number. Mr. Pizzuti now claims that a judgment against his company for $60,000.00 makes it insolvent and unable to return the MILLIONS it borrowed or received via investments, even though practically none of the money taken in was ever used towards any of the alleged investments or projects the individuals actually thought they were investing in. Pizzuti offers no information as to who sued and for what, or why they think summary judgment will be entered by default, nor do they explain how the 'economic downturn' affected their business model and plan, since they were never engaged in any real business that could have ever generated any actual revenue from sales or commerce.
